I’m Greg O’Brien, a Personal Development and Executive Coach who helps men align their purpose, performance, and personal life.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped people and organizations grow by uniting business strategy and psychological insight. I use both data and discernment to help men regain focus, confidence, and purpose.

Whether you’re leading a team, navigating change, or simply ready to think and live with greater intention, my coaching helps you move from reaction to purpose. Together, we’ll combine practical strategy with personal insight so you can grow with confidence in every area of life.

My path started as a counselor and later expanded into business consulting, health care administration, and executive leadership. Today, I serve as CFO at a software company and continue to practice as a licensed mental health therapist - work that keeps me grounded in both logic and empathy.

I hold an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship), an MA from The University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, and a BA from Calvin University.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to the most amazing woman I’ve ever met and a dad to the four best kids in the world. I love staying active, tackling DIY projects, and planning national park road trips. My favorite time of the week is family movie night.

Most importantly, I’m a child of God - imperfect but loved, continually learning what grace really means.
