I work with men who are professionals, entrepreneurs, or executives navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, or the tension between career success and personal fulfillment. Some want to build new skills or address specific weaknesses.
And I work with men who are stuck. They feel overwhelmed by everything life is throwing at them and they don’t see a way out. Sometimes they’re just not satisfied with where they’re at and don’t know where they want to go.
Many want to recapture the passion and energy they once had, or just need a sounding board to help them think about the future. Often, the work we do helps them focus on what they can control in the present.

Each session is a conversation centered on your goals. We’ll explore your mindset, habits, and challenges, then translate insight into concrete action steps. You’ll leave each meeting with practical direction and renewed focus.
If you’d like, I can also give you weekly “homework” assignments to keep your momentum between sessions. -
My background as a therapist adds depth and understanding to my coaching, however, the work we do together is specifically coaching - focused on growth, purpose, and forward movement.
If we think you’d benefit from a deeper level of mental health support, I’ll help connect you with appropriate therapeutic resources.
-
Not at all. I don’t think any two people share the exact same beliefs - each of us is unique and complex.
I deeply respect where each client is in their own spiritual journey. I’ll incorporate your beliefs into our work as much or as little as you’d like.
I've put my faith in Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. I try to follow in His will as best I can and I believe the Bible is one of the ways God speaks to us. My faith naturally shapes how I understand human nature and growth.

Sessions are available virtually via video conferencing. If you're in the Chicagoland area, I offer in-person sessions in Frankfort, IL.

It depends on your needs. My rates are consistent across all services - what changes is the length and frequency of our sessions.
In the beginning, most clients meet with me weekly for 90-minute sessions. Over time, we may reduce the frequency or length as you gain traction. Eventually, many clients shift to monthly 60-minute check-ins to maintain progress and accountability.
During the introductory call, we’ll design a plan that fits your goals, pace, and stage of growth. The structure always supports where you are and where you want to go.

The best athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs have coaches because they value perspective and accountability. Wanting coaching is a sign of strength and maturity, not weakness.
-
Coaching isn’t about consuming more ideas - it’s about applying them to your actual life. We’ll translate insight into consistent action until new habits replace old patterns.
-
Not here. My approach is practical and results-oriented. We’ll talk about real situations from your life and turn insights into measurable change. Coaching isn’t theory - it’s application.
-
Coaching does take time, effort, and investment. But the ROI is clarity and direction that influences every part of your life.
The process helps you define your purpose, make better decisions, and use your time and energy more intentionally. The real risk isn’t in investing - it’s in staying stuck.
-
It starts with a free, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for, and whether coaching is the right fit. If it is, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals and schedule. Click here to start.
